About me
I help women reconnect with who they are, using art as a way of listening when words are not enough.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me in my studio in Amsterdam, hands in clay, paint on my fingers, or somewhere in nature following the rhythm of the season. I love singing, energy work, and long conversations that go somewhere real. I sell art through my online gallery Mark My Walls, championing work by women artists. I believe that creating is the basis of life in a world full of consuming.
I have never followed a straight line it has been shaped by curiosity, depth, and a continuous search for what lies beneath the surface.
My path has moved through nutrition, art, spiritual practice, ceramics, and women's circles. Never in a straight line. Always following what felt true.
I started with the body. How we eat, how we move, how we rest, shapes not just our physical health but our entire experience of being alive. I trained as a life coach alongside my nutrition studies, because I kept seeing the same thing: information alone doesn't change people. Something deeper has to shift first.
Later, I moved to Amsterdam to study art. That decision changed everything.
Creativity opened a door that years of talking had never quite reached. Art became a way of listening. Of telling the truth without having to find the words first.
Over the years, I developed something I can only describe as a refined ability to listen beneath what is being said. I hear what is being avoided. I sense what is being carried. I am drawn, always, to depth, truth, and what lies just below the surface.
I live what I teach.
A life rooted in rhythm, expression, and the continuous unfolding of the self.
The Tidal Woman is not a brand. It is a belief.
She moves in cycles, not straight lines. And that is her power.
