Are we makers of our path, or discoverers of our journey?

I have stood on both sides of this question, and I no longer believe they are opposites. When I paint, I begin with an intention: a colour, a feeling, a direction. And then the painting starts to tell me something I didn't plan. I follow it. I resist it. I surrender to it. I redirect it. It is a conversation between two. Coaching, for me, works the same way.

When you arrive, you don't need to have it figured out. Sometimes women come with a clear question. More often, they arrive with just a feeling: something needs to change. I don't know what.

I don't know how. We don't immediately map a destination. We look at what is already there, the patterns, the sensations, the creative impulses, and what it is all trying to say.

In the space between intention and emergence, between making and discovering, something true appears.

That is the moment I live for. How I work I work with the body as an intelligent system, one that stores experiences, patterns, and survival strategies long before they become conscious thoughts.

My approach integrates coaching with energy work, embodied practices, creativity, and where relevant, an understanding of nutrition and nervous system regulation. This is not quick-fix work. It is real work, subtle, grounded, and practical. I often work with women who feel stuck between wanting to grow and feeling exhausted, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Together, we create space for insights to move, not just through the mind, but into the body and daily life. Creativity, intuition, and rest are not escapes in my work. They are tools for alignment, resilience, and lasting change.

Seasons of life

I have always been drawn to the rhythm of things.

The cycles of seasons. The rise and fall of energy. The whisper of wind, the taste of sunlight.

When we align with nature, with our bodies, with our nervous systems, something shifts. Life opens. Creativity flows. Choices feel lighter, bolder, freer.

Everything I do, painting, ceramics, curating circles, coaching, building exhibitions, comes from this same belief:

Trust yourself. Claim your path. Dare to live as vividly as you imagine. Life is adventure, curiosity, courage, and delight.

My work is an invitation: to play, to feel, to make, and to step into the grand, heartful, messy, glorious life that is yours to live.

I see art as a powerful medium for growth, self-expression, and reclaiming space, especially for women who have learned to make themselves small. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and completed professional training in Positive Psychology, coaching, and transitional and integrative approaches to health and behavior change. I have extensive experience working with women during transitional phases of life, physical, emotional, and identity change, and I run my own art studio where I teach ceramics and painting.
